At Teddy Tales, we want every purchase to be a happy one. While we follow a quality-first approach, we understand that returns and exchanges may sometimes be necessary.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept return or exchange requests under the following conditions:

– The product delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect

– A size exchange is requested (subject to stock availability)

– The return request is raised within 5 days of delivery

Note: We do not accept returns for change of mind or personal preferences once the item is delivered.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

– Products that have been worn, washed, or used

– Items returned without original packaging and tags

– Return requests raised after the 5-day window

– Products not in resaleable condition upon return

3. Size Exchanges

We offer one-time size exchanges under the following terms:

– Requested within 5 days of delivery

– Returned item must be unused and in original condition

– Exchange depends on availability of the required size

– If the size is not available, a refund will be issued

4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To raise a return or exchange request:
1. Email or WhatsApp us with the following details:
– Order number
– Product name
– Reason for return/exchange
– Clear photo (for damaged/defective items)

2. Wait for approval and return instructions from our team

3. Ship the product to our return address using any reliable courier

5. Return Shipping Costs

– If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return  shipping
– For all other returns or exchanges, the customer must bear the return shipping cost

6. Refund Process

– Once the returned item is received and verified, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
– Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method only
– For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed to the bank account provided by the customer to our support team via email or WhatsApp
– Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase will not be refunded

7. Order Cancellations

– Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
– If you’ve already received your order and there is a defect or size issue, you can still raise a
return or exchange request within 5 days of delivery
