2. Size Confirmation Before Dispatch
To help you choose the correct size, our team may contact you via WhatsApp before dispatch to confirm sizing details.
You can also request additional product photos, measurements, or guidance to ensure you select the most suitable size before shipment.
3. Exceptions
In rare cases, we do accept return requests if the product delivered is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs of the issue for verification.

5. Refund Process
Once the issue or returned item has been verified, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
- Prepaid orders: Refund will be credited to the original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once the order has been shipped from our warehouse, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
